Eduphase is led by Toni-Ann Millen,  a known and reputable special educator for over 15 years. Her training in special education , assessment and testing at the Masters level indicates her drive and passion for the field.

Toni-Ann has also been trained through Vanderbilt University in clinical assessment of autism and is a certified Autism Specialist. 

​

Her wealth of experience garnered over the years in tutoring,  programme and school management, training and as a  lecturer of special education has prepared her to help and support families navigating life with a child(ren) who learn differently.

​

She currently manages the programmes of two reputable institutions in St. Andrew and St. Catherine in delivering inclusive educational programmes.
